National Rural Health Day: Making a Difference from Chehalis to Chewelah

This Rural Health Day, we’re celebrating the community-based education, research, and clinical care initiatives at the WSU Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine that are improving the health and well-being of rural Washingtonians.

National Rural Health Day is celebrated annually on the third Thursday of November to bring attention to the unique needs of rural communities and recognize the health care providers and organizations that serve them.
