Washington State University campuses will observe a period of reduced business operations to the end of the 2025 calendar year.
The 2025–26 reduced operations schedule begins Wednesday, Dec. 24, and extends through Jan. 2, 2026. Three of those days—Dec. 24–25 and Jan. 1—are paid university holidays for classified staff, annual faculty, administrative and professional employees. Normal operations will resume Jan. 5.
College Business Services
Business & Finance Services at the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine will observe the upcoming reduced operations and holiday schedule. While the team won’t be on campus during the break, they will be checking Finance.Medicine@wsu.edu to assist with any urgent needs.
WSU Spokane Operations
WSU Spokane will observe reduced operations during the winter holiday period. During this time, access to certain services and facilities will be limited. For more information about building access, IT services, and other logistics, visit the WSU Spokane website.
