A number of helpdesk services currently provided by WSU Spokane Information Technology Services will transition to the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine Office of Technology effective July 1.
Campus-level IT Services will no longer support the following for Spokane-based colleges and affiliated units, including the College of Medicine:
- Desktop support and troubleshooting
- Device management, procurement, provisioning, de-provisioning, repair, and replacements
- Printing
- Programmatic conference and classroom spaces
- Research computing
- Software license management
- Telework agreements
The College of Medicine Office of Technology is developing a transition plan for these services and asks for patience as the team navigates this change and determines how best to support this work across the college.
