Medical students, residents, and faculty from the WSU Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine joined the Washington Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics’ annual Advocacy Day in Olympia on Jan. 23 to advance child health and well-being.
In attendance from WSU were students Darin Chhing (MS4) and Chau Amoeni (MS3), multiple residents from the college’s Pediatric Residency Program–Spokane and Internal Medicine Residency Program–Everett, and faculty members from both programs.
The group brought incredible Cougar spirit to Olympia to champion a healthier future for kids across Washington and beyond.
