Study on Device to Identify Chronic Insomnia via Sleep Patterns Featured in Medical Dialogues

New research from the Sleep and Performance Research Center was featured on the healthcare news site Medical Dialogues.

The study, lead by Department of Translational Medicine and Physiology Assistant Professor Devon Hansen, PhD, LMHC, found that a mobile sleep monitoring device can effectively identify individuals with chronic insomnia based on their more variable sleep patterns.

The results were published in JMIR Formative Research.
