In this session presented by Libby Manthei, participants will explore the essential components of planning and executing effective donor meetings within a university setting. Participants will understand who donors are and what motivates their giving, as well as get an introduction to the Donor Commitment Continuum. The session will cover how to align donor values and philanthropic intent with our institutional priorities, and how to set clear, purposeful goals for each donor meeting. Participants will also gain insight into the unique roles faculty, staff, and volunteers play in donor engagement.
