The WSU College of Medicine Office of Communications and Marketing has launched a new project request form. Colleagues can now initiate requests and seek project support by using the new intake form for the following items: website updates, videos, events, graphic design, photography, media relations, social media, email, and more.
Why the form?
As the college has grown, the need for communications and marketing support has expanded significantly. The form will help track and prioritize requests to ensure communications and marketing needs are met in a timely and efficient fashion.
Using the form
The project request form can be found at this link, on our website, and in the email signatures of the Communications and Marketing team.
Once you submit a request, a member of the communications team will be in contact with you within three business days to confirm the project and/or initiate follow-up conversations as needed.
To best meet your needs, requests should be made with sufficient lead time. For smaller projects, such as web updates, e-mail communications, one pagers, etc., this is approximately 2-4 weeks in advance of the date materials are needed. Requests needed in less than 2 weeks may be considered for expedited service. For larger and more complex projects, including new websites, events, video projects, etc., please plan for at least 4-6 months.
