A training course on Mitigating Bias for Search Committees will soon be available on Percipio Compliance. The Office of Diversity, Health Justice, and Belonging, alongside the Office of Faculty Development and Continuing Education, has created this self-paced eLearning course in which participants learn about six different types of bias that may appear during the hiring process and methods for mitigating those biases.
This training is required for all College of Medicine employees per the Inclusive Excellence Training for Search Committees Policy.
