Office of Leadership Education and Development

We are pleased to announce the new Office of Leadership Education and Development, led by Dr. Luisita Francis, MD. Dr. Francis has decided to dedicate her time and energy to running the new Office of Leadership Education and Development under the new role of associate dean of leadership development. This will allow her to best support the students, staff and faculty in leadership development and the college with organizational leadership. Dr. Francis has been foundational to the college’s community engagement and partnership efforts since joining in 2014. As the founding dean of community engagement, we are grateful for her spearheading all the ongoing development of our statewide community engagement and campus creation work for the past 7 years.

Denise Hartman, Tadé Ayeni and Dr. John Vassal will maintain their current roles within the Office of Leadership Education and Development.

Thanks to the team’s leadership, we launched the Master of Healthcare Administration and Leadership program and look forward to welcoming our first learners!
