Get to Know the New Medicine Building

Medicine Building on Spokane WA campus

The Medicine building is open to faculty, staff and students across the college, regardless of whether they are based in the building. We welcome everyone who has not already done so to tour and utilize the common areas, gathering spaces, break room, kitchen, staff lounge and conference rooms located throughout the building.

To help introduce our college community to the new building, we’ve gathered some helpful information and resources.

Building Hours

Accessible via key card access before and after those hours.

Guidelines for the Medicine Building and its Common Spaces

Available Restrooms

On the 3rd floor, always use the bathrooms near the elevators and avoid using the smaller private bathroom near the offices, whenever possible. There are significant distractions for the people working near the private bathrooms, please opt to use the facilities near the elevators that are away from internal offices to help us minimize disruptions to those working in the area.

Etiquette

Be sure to pick up after yourself in common areas such as the work room, conference rooms, and lounges. Leaving dishes in the sink or leaving food in the fridge for several days will impact others. Please do not take up significant space in the refrigerator, as this is a shared resource.
