Re‑Resolutions: Applying Behavioral Science to Habit Change

February 23 at 11:10 am1:00 pm PST

February 23, 2026
11:10 a.m. – Noon OR 12:10 – 1:00 p.m.
Zoom

Re‑set, re‑focus, and re‑commit.

Join Craig Fischer and Tina Lindquist, PhD, for the second session in our Resilience Workshop Series as we explore what it really takes to make meaningful, lasting change—especially after the excitement of January resolutions fades.

Drawing on insights from “Nudge,” “Make It Stick,” and “Switch,” a panel of faculty and staff readers will share practical takeaways from behavioral science and learning research. You’ll hear how colleagues have applied these ideas in their own work and wellness practices—and what actually stuck.

To best meet faculty and staff needs, this session is offered in two Zoom-only formats for you to choose from:

Session 1: Interactive (Cameras-On)

11:10 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Engage in active learning with small and large group discussions.

Session 2: Receptive (Cameras-Off)

12:10 – 1:00 p.m

Listen to focused expert panel discussions designed for reflection and insight.
