Counseling Services
The WSU Spokane Student Health Fee covers free and confidential student counseling for all medical students, regardless of the regional medical assignment.
Information about counseling services is available at the WSU Spokane Student Counseling Services website. Make a counseling appointment by calling 509-358-7533 or schedule online via the WSU Spokane Counseling Center Appointment Booking form.
Crisis Support
If you or someone you know is in immediate crisis:
- If you believe you or anyone else is in imminent danger, call 911.
- During business hours, please call 509-358-7533 to reach WSU Spokane Student Counseling Services.
- After business hours, on a holiday, or on weekends, call 509-368-6500 to reach the WSU Spokane Crisis Line.
Health and Wellness Services
WSU Health Student Clinic provides primary health care and Teledoc services, which are available to medical students regardless of regional medical assignment. Make an appointment by calling 509-471-7828. Additional health and wellness services for the regional medical campuses are listed below.

In addition to telehealth services provided by WSU Health Student Clinic, students can access care through the Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC).
