Nutrition and Exercise Physiology faculty members April Davis, MS, RDN, ACSM-CEP, and Pablo Monsivais, PhD, MPH, published a guest opinion in The Spokesman-Review in honor of National Nutrition Month.
In the feature, Davis and Monsivais emphasize the importance of education and research in promoting health lifestyles. They highlight significant research findings and the work being done educating future health professionals through the college’s Master of Science Coordinated Program in Dietetics.
“Public health RDNs positively impact health at the population level by planning and implementing healthy living and disease prevention programs for communities,” they wrote.
