The Office of Educational Affairs administers the MD Program and is committed to fostering your success. Our team is here to guide and support you as you navigate every stage of your medical education experience.

Ways We Keep Students Informed

  • Need-to-know, time-sensitive, or cohort-wide information will always be sent via E.Flo messages.
  • General program updates will be sent through the email newsletter.
  • Individual communications will be sent through email.

  • Scheduled Listening Sessions: We host at least one listening session per phase of the program (Pre-Clerkship and Clerkship), each term. Specific times, dates, and engagement methods will be published via E.Flo MD.

In-Person Assistance

The Learning Experience and Design (LEAD) Unit is available to help with digital learning tools, educational technology, and classroom support.
